How is it already Monday again?
I seriously don't understand it. Another weekend seemed to pass by in the blink of an eye. Friday was spent drinking vodka and tonic (I'd never tried it before but I kind of love it), watching Britain's Next Top Model (Tiffany, please explain your accent) and playing Guitar Hero until I developed an unsightly claw hand. Saturday was spent dog walking, wii fit-ing and tidying. Oh and staying up until 3am for no good reason. Today I wandered around Manchester, took lots of lovely photographs, met my friend C for a drink and then went to watch Jurassic Park on the big outdoor screen in Spinningfields. I'd forgotten what a good film it is!
I chose this outfit for watching the film mainly for its layering capabilities. Also, I've had this dress for about two and a half years but had completely forgotten about it. I love it when that happens! It's a bit baggy on me now but I love it too much to let it go. I chucked my Topshop leather jacket over the top and I was good to go. Although it did get extremely chilly while we were watching the film and I ended up with a blanket over me too. It was a strong look.
What does the week ahead hold in store for you? I'll be mostly working, Slimming World-ing, Samaritan-ing, gig attending and birthday celebrating (my beautiful friend E's, not mine). I might try and sleep at some point too.
