A Very British Afternoon

Afternoon tea, that is.

If I said that the last three weeks had been frustrating, confusing, difficult and life-changing, then it would probably be an understatement. I can sum it up quite simply really. An injured boyfriend = no Afghanistan = the next year of plans gone. But such is life. And what better way to mark the end of 12 wonderful days of soldier-time than with sandwiches with the crusts cut off, cups of tea and homemade scones and lemon drizzle cake?
